1. What is the purpose?

That's why we created these plaques - to be placed by the door as a daily reminder that we never walk alone. No matter where we go, God is with us, guiding us, strengthening us, and calling us to live boldly in our faith.

2. How does the NFC feature work?

Each plaque contains built-in NFC (Near Field Communication) technology. Just tap your phone against the wooden cross on the plaque (with NFC enabled), and you'll be taken to a short message, video, prayer, or Bible verse that lifts you up as you go.

3. Do I need an app to use the plaque?

No app needed! Simply unlock your phone and hold it near the plaque. It works just like tapping your card for contactless payment. (Note: NFC must be turned on in your phone settings.)

4. Can I customize the message or link?

Right now, the plaques come with preset uplifting content. You can only customize the link of the wall plaque "Ocean Shore".

5. What if I don't have a smartphone?

No worries — the message is still for you. Even without the NFC feature, your plaque is a daily visual reminder of God’s presence and love. Place it by your door and let the words speak to your heart every time you leave home.

6. Where should I place my plaque?

Place it near your front door, beside the frame or anywhere you’ll see it and remember to tap before leaving. The design is minimal and fits beautifully into any interior.

7. What makes God to Go different from other Christian decor?

It’s more than decor — it’s interactive encouragement. By combining modern NFC tech with timeless faith, these plaques offer a daily, personal connection with God before you walk out the door.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $5, no matter where you are.

9. What is your return policy?

Because each plaque is handcrafted with care, we do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged. If your plaque is broken upon arrival, please send us clear photos of the damaged plaque and the shipping box within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send you a replacement or a refund.

10. How do I attach the plaque to the wall?

Each plaque comes with a clear, heavy-duty adhesive sticker already applied to the back. Just peel and press — it sticks firmly to smooth, clean surfaces like painted walls, glass, or wood. No drilling or tools required.

If you prefer a removable option, we also include a smaller two-part sticker system. One part sticks to the wall, the other to the plaque, and they connect using a Velcro. This way, you can take the plaque down and hold it in your hands whenever you want — perfect for prayer time or sharing it with someone.

11. Are imperfections normal?

Our plaques are crafted from Jesmonite, a mineral-based material that mimics the beauty of stone while being lightweight and environmentally conscious.

Just like us, these plaques are not perfect - filled with tiny imperfections, like air bubbles. But that's what makes them unique, just as our faith journey is full of ups and downs. As followers of Jesus, we are imperfect, yet loved, guided and redeemed by Him. These plaques are a reminder that God meets us where we are, imperfections and all.
